Janice, have you by chance reached your 1GB of free storage on Google Web Albums? That is a common problem for photos not posting.
You can pay for extra storage to fix this problem (if that's it) OR simply join Google+ and get free unlimited photo storage as long as the longest edge of your photo is less than 2048 pixels(they should be anyway).
